O-Town's Ashley Parker Angel is no stranger to taking sexy selfies and posting them on social media, but the shot he posted Friday might be his raciest one yet! The muscular musician posed completely naked in a bathroom mirror, save for a white towel covering his genitals. Angel wasn't holding a camera phone, so E! News has to wonder: Who took the photo? How many takes did it require? Are there outtakes?
The world may never know.
Angel's Instagram caption included 15 hash tags, but it didn't answer any of our questions. "Look in the mirror...That's your competition," the singer wrote. So, how does the "Liquid Dreams" singer stay in shape?
"I've been getting a lot of questions recently about my workout/diet. I'm currently training my full body in each workout. Frequent, full body workouts are one of the fastest ways to make progress in the gym," he revealed on Facebook Jan. 21. "When a movie star needs to get in shape for a role as fast as possible, celebrity trainers will almost always get them on a full body workout routine. This is the way old school body builders and athletes trained. It's how Bruce Lee trained. The main reason why it is beneficial to train your whole body more frequently is because you can perform a higher volume of quality work in less time. Also, being on tour and living on the road traveling with WICKED has made it challenging for me to keep a normal schedule in the gym."
Clearly, it hasn't been that challenging.
"A full body workout routine allows me to stimulate each muscle group every time I'm in the gym, so if I can't get a workout in that day it's not the end of the world. For those of you with busy schedules, you are far better off making it to the gym just twice a week performing a full body workout than you would be trying to follow the typical chest day / back day / leg day routines," he added. "Thank you so much for all the positive feedback you guys have been giving me on my journey to get in the best shape of my life. It motivates and inspires me more than you'll ever know. I'll do my best to keep answering your questions and I'll post again soon about what my diet looks like as that is an entirely different game!"
