NEMA has been distributing relief materials to victims of Boko Haram insurgency in the north. Some of the relief materials double as campaign for the presidential candidates of the Official Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Nigeria. A raging argument questions the legality of using a government agency to campaign for a party and the morality of cashing in on the plight of Boko Haram victims.
