Look at his ugly face. Senseless hegoat. I wonder how many male doctors are still engaging in this rubbish as we speak. I bet they're very many. Especially in a country like Nigeria where there is no law and order and where victims of molest are shamed and accused of lying.

Stop jumping into conclusions! You say Nigeria has no law and order and I say even in Nigeria, there is usually a chaperone when a doctor needs to examine a patient of the opposite sex.

This is a common thing among Naija doctors. I know at least 3 who regularly have sex with girls before abortions.

They tell them it's necessary before the procedure. These girls have no option because they are naked anyway. Many of our docs are shamelessly randy. The female folks endure a lot, esp. in Naija. Many just keep mum about these things

Not saying this man isn't innocent, though

Most of those people are not doctors. If you don't know that by now, then I fear for your safety. Anas exposed one in Ghana and exposed some other quacks here in Nigeria.

Its hard to understand why some doctors engage in this kind of behavior with their clients. If it was in sharialised Saudi Arabia that would be understandable. Certainly not in the US where everything, punn.y and all is for sale and you have got the money. Why take this kind of crazy risk in law-suit happy America?

Could there be some kind of an inexplicable obsession to self destruct when you are a Nigerian doctor in the US?

I already mentioned that it wasn't K.Y jelly, plus what good intentions can come from rubbing a patient's clit? You would think there was nothing in it for him, but even the weirdest things get perverts off, who knew what would have happened had I not left his office the way I did, all he said when I hurriedly got up was "relax na" the more reason I had to run out of there.

My dear, I'll gain nothing by imagining and lying about things, it's not as if the said doctor will lose anything, I know what I felt/saw in this man's eyes, you don't examine a vagin* by rubbing the clit as if na for*play, nuff said.
Lol @ "relax na".

So you mean to say a doctor who has been practicing for 22 years "took this kind of crazy risk"?

Maybe you can explain what he has never seen before .

As per what you are calling "self destruct", its simply the slowness in adjusting to the different culture/s and racial or ethnic dynamics which are not found in most parts of nigeria.

He will NEVER EVER EVER do a thing like this. May God see him trough this. All these detractors, Doc Fidelis Edosomwan will get through this. He is too good for this.

Besides I thought it was standard worldwide practice to have a female doctor's assistant in the exam room during any medical examination where the patient is a woman and vice versa for a man.

I've never had any exam with a make doc where the female assistant wasn't there holding my hands and asking me if I felt comfortable with what the doctor was doing.

Wise docs insist on this too to avoid being smeared maliciously by a mischievous patient that's out to make money from suing him/her.

Depending on what I'm going to the doctor for, I usually ask for a female nurse/doctor since my first pap smear and breast examination.

Sometimes, these charges are based on women not understanding the procedures for certain tests.

Exactly. someone who doesn't properly understand the procedure for the exams will freak out when the doctor lubricates and inserts two fingers in her vagin@ and anus.

Or press her breassts to feel for lumps.

Any well trained medical doctor should know better than not to use a chaperone that's the same gender as the patient they wanna examine. SMH for him. whether accusations are true or not, these could easily have been preventable.

A patient should not even ask for a chaperone. It is the doctor's ethical duty to insist on one. He knows he needs one to be legally safe. A patient could however wish to be examined alone, but even at that, there's a due process.

What cream is that o! Was it KY Gel? If yes, doctors use it a lot especially for rectal (anal) examinations smiley

I swear down, some of these doctors are just something else.

That's how one useless one wanted to touch me inappropriately, he even wanted to use something, I later found out to be cream for love making on me, I just jumped up from the bed I was lying on and took to my heels.

Serves the useless pervert right, nonsense.

The truth is that some patients have pervert thoughts. Last month, a lady came to the hospital where I work complaining of breast lump. When it was time for breast examination, the male doctor she met called me to come act as chaperone and before we knew it, this lady started speaking 'english' that the doctor should go away.
The doctor told her to please come and start going o but I told him I would take over the examination because I just pitied her condition but I made it clear to her that the male doctor and 'others' will be there when the time comes to remove the lump.
Imagine if wasn't there, she would have called the doctor a rapist.

High probability of them being false accusations.
Some patients can be very troublesome and petty.

Also no pervert doctor in his right mind will perform such heinous acts with the patient being fully conscious. that's just madness.
patients sometimes brush against a doctor's body parts while maneuvering during examinations.
and sometimes a doctor's hand mistakenly touches a patient. all accidental.

trying to slam him for 'illegible handwriting' sounds desperate. they really mean to do him in.

however,
from henceforth he MUST always have female chaperons around him while examining patients to reduce incidents of misunderstanding.
installing a cctv camera can also help.

Cctv in examination room is patients privacy breach if u didnt know. How the hell u expect other specialists to understand his scribble if theres a need for second opinion and further medical help? U expect ppl to behave normal, according rules, but this world is sick. How about priests fuccking children?? As well should be with full consciousnes but they still do that!

It is customary for male doctors to ask a female employee to assist with the exam of a female patient.

The reverse is true also. Female doctors are accompanied by a male employee, any male employee, even the janitor will do.

This guy didn't have anyone in the room which means that it wasn't a pap smear or vaginal issue.
