OP...... Dont blame them for collecting those packages, blame those who have made poverty the order of the day in their administration. No one could tell the last time those women touch their hand with a bag of rice as big as that. The only thing we can blame them for is not voting the right person all because of that rice, they will only have access to it again in 2019. |

People collecting to vote belong to the lowest rung of the human IQ pool.
