The league managers have thumbed up the results achieved by the country's representatives in Africa while urging them not to be complacent ahead of the second leg

The Association of Nigeria Premier League Club chairmen and Managers have praised the performances of the four clubs representing the country in the continent for their impressive results in Africa over the weekend.

Nigeria League champion ‎Kano Pillars and Warri Wolves secured vital away victories while two times Caf champions Enyimba got the maximum points and goals at the Enyimba International Stadium with Dolphins in a narrow 0-1 away loss in Equatorial Guinea.

Club Owners in a statement signed by the acting chairman Barr. Isaac Danladi and the Ag. Secretary Alloy Chukwuemeka congratulated the clubs for their victories and charged them to redouble their efforts and not be carried away by their present results so that they could move ahead to the next stages.
