anger
I feel that raw emotion
my heart, head, mind, soul all race on
the world maltreats me
to them I am a nobody
to them I do not matter
to them I am inconsequential
but I insist on my manhood
you can't rob me of it
but I insist on my dignity
you can't take it from me
it was inalienably conferred on me by my Creator
in spite of your unjust persecution
succeed shall I
from the rubbles of your disdainful drama
shall I rise to freedom, fulfillment and prosperity
before God stand I alone
alone with none but Him
shall I get to the promised land
where I shall be all in all
and you my subjects!
so help me God!
