I actually came down to the developement with the intent of purchasing a lot after seeing your advert in Castles weekly.

But I realized that the location is not secure, had no electricity and is not habitable.

In addition there were no roads. Common bro you guys are not ready for prime time.

It seems you are only interested in land speculators. But there are many people looking for a place to buy that is buildable and habitable from day one.

No diss intended. You need to remove that picture of the hign rise building in this ad. it looks ridiculous. Put up some thing more believeable.

Provide information such as documents available such as deed, survey, receipt, Litigation, Acquisition.

And of course pricing and lot dimensions.
