Our client is one of the world’s oldest international news agency with over 2000 employees. In expanding its operations worldwide and delivering unparalleled service to its numerous customers, it seeks the service of a French speaking business development consultant to cover the West African sub region.

[/b]The Person[b]
•Basic Knowledge of French Language.
•Strong Sales management experience (5year min) in media sector required.
•Sales management diploma preferred.
•Basic knowledge of English Language.
•Knowledge of French Language for French commercial rep.
•Experience in working commercially.
•Experience in media environment in editorial position.
•Knowledge of the mobile market a plus.
•Good negotiation skills across all levels.
•Firm understanding of all news media types.
•Must be able to prepare and present commercial budget and sales forecast.

[/b]Responsibilities[b]
•Responsible for all Agency sales and sales management functions in Nigeria/Cameroun/Ghana/Sierra Leone/Liberia.
•Manages client portfolio/plans actions/Reports /Budgets.
•Prospects/Sells/Represents the Agency/Presents the products/Gives feedback.
•Creation of prospect list/Managing key accounts/Media research.
•Requesting/Suggesting new media news products.
•Controls all client contact/Administers mission orders and expenses
•Studies markets/defines commercial offer (products and prices/sales support).
•Interface betweenTechnique, Production and sales departments
•Analyzes results (Turnover and products).Plans commercial action.
•Validates contract renewal/Action Planning.
•Market studies and reports/Media networking/PR to clients.
•Promotion of Agency Brand/Finalizing regional rates and pricing structure.
•Final contract negotiation/Drafting legal contracts.
