let's assume get don't want to favor their selected anointed candidates as usual, how do you expect them to cut down the tens of millions that applied to millions, then to hundred of thousands then to tens of thousands and them to 4 thousand? Cost logistics to test physical qualities of tens of millions is not an easy and almost impossible task.
