We all know the answer. Without any research, it is the South-East zone. Then followed by my own region the south-south. Others can put or mention the third, fourth zones etc.

You lot are all funny but I asked a blunt question here. Yes, there is corruption all over but sometimes, it's fine if real scenarios are debated here and we come to realise the truth within ourselves.
That's the only way we can change our orientation in this nation because once the loopholes are spotted and what fuels them, we can collectively work towards eradicating them.
