What is good or perfect health?

Good health means to be happy, energetic, full of beauty, life, vitality, kindness, and filled with enthusiasm and eagerness for each new day. Good health means having a sound mind and sound body, smooth skin, a pleasant breath, an active yet peaceful mind, a body that enjoys work and exercise, and a mind and body that act together in a loving, true, pleasurable way.
Good health is the basis of everything we deem beautiful and worthy in life. Beauty, whether in birds or flowers, men or women, is the reflection of health and wellness.
You have the essence of health when you feel so good that you transmit waves of good cheer and happiness to others. What greater gift in life is there than being happy and extending that happiness to others?
Good health means to be relatively free of aches and pains, illness, disease, feeling of laziness, depression, stress, and other signs and symptoms of ill health.
We must appreciate our health while we have it, not after we’ve lost it.
