A plot of land in LIGHTHOUSE ESTATE is as follows;

1. Location: Agbara-Igbesa,Ogun State
2. Price per plot: NGN700,000.00
3. Discount Payment: 10% discount of (NGN700,000.00)
4. Initial payment: NGN100,000.00
5. Subsequent payment: Each month is NGN30,000.00( this has no limitations for the actual amount. A client can choose to pay N50,000,00 as above)
6. Document obtainable: Once a client pays the first initial payment. He or she is entitle to these documents (a. Deed of Contract, (b). Invoice (c). Receipt for first payment (d) acknowledgement letter)
