I encounter the same problem which I do not know how to tackle it showing "not regulirize/ number not found" but believe me guy I had followed it to be confirm if i'm among the B15 which I futunately among. What I do understand is that, you will be given a new number during the registration. Once you are mobilized, you have no problem.
