Renovation you meant? With the rugged german design i implemented for you?! Your tenants must have done the initial structure a big time havoc.
As you know i am the engineer on town, my hands are full with project works, infact i am in witwatersrand handling some projects so i won't be able to see you now. You can give the renovation work to the upcoming engineers. Cheers!
