You are, if ur sch's senate approves ur result b4 ur sch's student affairs unit sends names to NYSC for mobilization and if ur sch dnt ve log of old graduates yet to serve b4 ur set.

Nov is far and near. Dis yr na dis yr. Sept or Nov na almost d same. Once u register in Sept e no go far again.
