From my perspective however,

*A good coach builds a team with or without his star players
*A good player sticks to the team even when treated unfairly
*A normal nation with abundant talent moves forward and not backwards like in the case of Nigeria.

So all these blame sharing doesn't help anything. Every1 has his share and it only pulls us backwards.
