Help, upon changing Sim on my tecno phantom z phone, I became stuck with "enter privacy protection password to unlock". Now, I can't access the phone as I av no idea of the password. Restoring factory settings didn't make any difference. Flashing back the custom rom is the only way out I've come across, unfortunately I never backed up the stock rom. Please anyone with the Stock rom for tecno phantom z or any other way of resolving this problem?

Already did that. The only solution I found is to flash back the stock rom which I don't have

why not take it to tecno customer care..... patapata, they may ask you to drop something

Just boot into the recovery mode and scroll down to clear EMMC thats all your phone is back to normal just the way you bought it

clear emmc in recovery mode? or you mean factory mode

Tried clearing emcc from factory mode now, it didn't work. Phone status still the same

clearing or formating wnt help any tin on phantom z,,,i have d neccessary step

U need to flash stock rom through pc using sp flastool i am planning how to make a backup and post the download link
So am processing it to my drive account. I pray it uploads successfully so u can have a link to download and its 1.55gb
