Whatever games they are playing, God who is the ultimate planner would put them to shame! Amin They stole our money destroyed our economy and create inequality, allowed insurgent to destroy us, yet they are not satisfied they require more years to revert us to a back water nation! No sane individual should support this rot! GMB is the solution.

Even Niger-Delta militancy had political hands all over it:

&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&

By 2004 Asari had retreated from public view. He would go on to create the Niger Delta People's Volunteer Force (NDPVF), which would emerge as a major catalyst for unrest in the Delta region. The NDPVF, a militant group, was funded in large part by local and regional politicians who sought great profits from the region's oil revenue.

Gives credence to Buhari's Boko Haram sympathies and alignment with Senator Ndume, a man standing trial for sponsoring the terrorists.

With all PDP's attacks against the person Buhari and the APC campaign to defeat Jonathan and his party the PDP failing to turn the table and make bright the fortunes of Goodluck Jonathan's quest to stay put in Aso Rock against the increasing desire of Nigerians to vote for Change and turn a new leaf. President Jonathan is now left with his last Trump Card - Use Boko Haram to smear the good name of General Buhari.

From the look of things, this may have be regarded as a last resort. Below is the unavailing of President Jonathan's last Trump Card against Buhari:

1. As suspected, Boko Haram crisis is a political wildcard the PDP have reserved and groomed for a long time coming. The latitude given, sometimes totally ignoring them, our soldier abandoning weapons, lack of re-enforcement during military operations were all efforts to keep the tempo of fear in our hearts. How about Boko Haram striking any time the government is deep in on failure or the other?

2. When Jonathan got $1,000,000,000 ($1b) loan to fight Boko Haram and spent it in paying for the ceasefire that could not hold, it was a deal done with Shekau, brokered by Chadian President. We all saw the picture. But the ceasefire did not hold because some Boko Haram commander refused signing up to the deal.

3. As stated before, Boko Haram will not be eliminated until it is used against the Opposition. And now that the election outcome does not look good for the president, and desperation setting in, Boko Haram will be a vital tool - either by them attacking the opposition, framing APC leaders or Jonathan brandishing his name as the one who captured Shekau.

4. As Abacha was quoted to say, "Any crisis that lasts beyond a couple of days, has the hand and support of the government, in one way or the other". Boko Haram has lasted more than 5yrs with President Jonathan.

4. By denying INEC security for the elections, President Jonathan the Commander-In-Chief and his Officers in the Military have forced the hands of INEC to delay the election and buy Jonathan enough time to execute his last Act. The 6-weeks delay, military chiefs leading the charge, the new found cheat-beating and boasting from the Presidency of capturing Shekau "ALIVE", all point to the fact that this Trump Card is going as planned.

5. Discussing this yesterday with some friends, many believe that Boko Haram leader should be already in their custody by now for the plan to work.

6. The next important decision in the Trump Card against the APC is "How Do You Unavailable Shekau?" Should he be picked up like Saddam in a hole? Or the "Navy Seal" style with Osama? Whatever the plan, the aim is to dissuade voters from voting Buhari (especially among Christians). Which plan will get the largest electoral votes?

Few facts remain true, Boko Haram has stayed this long and over 20,000 innocent Nigerians dead because it is politically motivated or hijacked. It does not matter who it is. Also the fact that Jonathan and his military Chiefs will deal more blow on the entire Boko Haram structure in less than 6weeks than it has in 5years makes one wonder - WHY?

As this Trump Card plays out, Nigerians will troop out on 28th March to vote for the Candidates of their choice. The person with the highest votes and most states won will become the next President. Cheap Propaganda has proven not to be effective in this election.

God bless Nigeria!

Buhari faults crackdown on Boko Haram
JUNE 3, 2013

Presidential candidate for the Congress for Progressive Change in the 2011 Presidential election, Maj.-Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (retd), has frowned on the emergency rule in parts of the North. He alleged that innocent civilians were being killed in the states.

Buhari speaking during a Liberty FM Hausa Service Programme, Guest of the Week, on Sunday in Kaduna said that Boko Haram members were being killed and their houses demolished unlike the “special treatment” given to the Niger Delta militants by the Federal Government.

Whichever way this latest effort at defeating defeating boko haram goes it will still score Jonathan a minus:

If it's successful, the question will be why wait this long before being this aggressive after the loss of 20,000 Nigerian lives when you would have achieved same result at a far less human and financial capital cost doing the same thing? Political considerations will be undeniable.

If it fails then it will be seen as typical.

If Buhari was President of Nigeria and every week he is gallivanting from NASFAT to Quareeb, from Quareeb to Ansarudeen, from there to Ahmadiyya, from there to Izala from there to the Nigerian Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs (NSCIA) and from there to the National Mosque in Abuja and from there to the Ilorin Central Mosque and from there to the Yobe Central Mosque and then from there to Lagos Central Mosque, then to the central mosques in Ibadan, Kano and Maiduguri then again he shells out billions of naira to imams, what would Nigerians say? What would Nigerians say if Buhari is the president now and he takes the jets of the presidential fleet to pack imams to Mecca? What would Nigerians say if Buhari was in the mosque and a grand imam from the north accuses southern tribes of being terrorists and Buhari is right there in the mosque and he says nothing? Hypocrisy has melted the brains of many in this country. Jonathan is a divisive leader using a very volatile means to push his sinister agenda. So answer me, what if Buhari was doing all this? And he makes sure the media is always covering every visit to the mosque? This same general was in Abuja some days ago for Friday prayers at Wuse, the imam did not even announce that Buhari was in the mosque and many were not aware he was in the same mosque with them. He had his prayers and left without any noise. Jonathan, I repeat, is a divisive figure and it is the actions of leaders like him that lead to catastrophic consequences. As for the hypocrites of this nation defending every stupid thing Oga Ade does because of tribe or religion, na you go tire for this one wey we start so.

Gen Azazi is a brilliant man. He saw this coming - what PDP has become. He said it "politics of exclusion", Muazu said "injustice" , "monkey dey work baboon dey chop"

Given, the niger-delta has a large swath of the oil in this country which we depend on but the north believe or not had always understood governance and Nigerian politics. GEJ could not have won without the Northern Oligarchy but his "politics of exclusion" brought about the "monkey dey work baboon dey chop".

If you have any other thing different that "the internal wrangling in the PDP led to what we know now as Boko Haram", post it here. Don't start suppressing reality. It is too late for that.

The National Security Adviser, Andrew Owoye Azazi has blamed the rise of insurgence by the fundamentalist sect, Boko Haram in the country on the internal wranglings of the ruling People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and other political parties.

The retired General made this known during the second day of the South-south economic summit where the collapse of the nation’s security challenge was deliberated on.

Tracing the rise of Boko Haram’s attack, the chief security adviser to the president stated that “the extent of violence did not increase in Nigeria until when there was a declaration by the current president that he was going to contest.”

“PDP got it wrong from the beginning, from the on-set by saying Mr A can rule, Mr A cannot rule ……according to PDP’s convention, rules and regulation and not according to the constitution and that created the climate for what has manifest itself, this way.”

He added that there is some level of political undertone to the problem.

He also noted that the bombings, suicide attacks and jail breaks that have been raging the northern part of the country “could be traced to the politics of exclusion of the PDP in the region.”

Blaming the notion of anointing candidates and the ‘do or die’ attitude of the political party, Retired General Azazi asked why “is it possible that somebody was thinking that only Mr. A could win, and that if he could not win, there would be problems in this society?”

“Let’s examine all these issues to see whether the level of violence in the North East just escalated because Boko Haram suddenly became better trained, better equipped and better funded, or something else was responsible.”

“It takes very long for somebody to be a sniper,” Mr. Azazi said.

He affirmed the level of sophistication of the group but also gave assurance that the government is aware of all their doings in a bid to addressing the issue. “I can assure you that Boko Haram can garner that level of sophistication over time, if it has not got it already. There are a lot we know that they are doing, and there are a lot that could be done to address the problem.”

“But, then I must also be quick to point out that today, even if all the leaders that we know in Boko Haram are arrested, I don’t think the problem would end, because there are tentacles. I don’t think that people would be satisfied, because the situations that created the problems are not just about the religion, poverty or the desire to rule Nigeria. I think it’s a combination of everything. Except you address all those things comprehensively, it would not work” he added.

On a final solution, the security adviser discourage just the use of force but called for a collective effort to address the economic problems of the north saying “it is not enough for us to have a problem in 2009 and you send soldiers to stop the situation, then tomorrow you drive everybody underground. You must look at what structures you need to put in place to address the problem holistically. There are economic problems in the North, which are not the exclusive prerogative of the Northerners. We must solve our problems as a country.”

He noted that the relationship between national security and development is inseparable, because “one cannot do without the other” the NSA said.

Since most GEJ supporters still can't get what
their candidate is planning with the
"we will capture shekau alive"
tweak.I will be pleased to give you a simple
illustration or better still call it
an eye-opener.....Buhari is
contesting for the presidential
post for the 4th time,that
shows desperation.We all know
that if Buhari win the
election, the bulk of his votes will
come from the northern
region.Buhari was accused of
being the brain behind the boko
haram insurgency,now look at
the film from this
perspective.....How can a man
that is so keen on becoming the
president instruct the leader of
a group he is financing with his
money to release a video where
the latter vows to stop the
election at all cost?,take that as
number one.How can that same
man be so f00lish to the point of
asking the same group he is
alledgely sponsoring to distribute
flyers instructing people to
boycott the election....Particularly
in a region where he will get
maximum votes??
.....Think about this very well,if
you fail to grab the logic in the
illustration, then i will assume you people
are more clueless than GEJ.
