What do u knw about real estate investment? I heard it really hitting the town, people are now looking forward to it like it wasn't there before. You too can think of it when a land bought at a particular area in ikeja for #500,000 a plot in 1998 and now sells at the rate of #96million. Land or Property has always been booming in Nigeria, if you look around in Lagos everywhere is expensive. If you have capital, buy a land and keep it for 2 years. You will be surprise at your profit margain. |
