Please how do I regain my normal belle size after a C section. I had my twin girls through surgery and I don't have much liquid/blood flow. I don't know what to do, please I need all the advice I can get. Tnx. |

Exercises to help flatten your tummy..... Like squats, push-ups, wind mills, etc... This is not the time to be lazy and allow your junior sister to do all the work... You have to get up, burn those excess fat, keep fit and let your husband still see you as sexy as you were.... |
