Opposition Leaders Behind Fuel Scarcity, Says Mu’azu by Eggcelent(m): 4:26pm On Mar 02, 2015
National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Adamu Mu’aazu, on Monday alleged that the current fuel scarcity in the country was sponsored by some opposition leaders.

Mu’azu, in a series of tweets on his official Twitter page, alleged that the opposition leaders and some vested interests were behind the hoarding of fuel which, according to him, was responsible for fuel scarcity in the country.

He, however, did not mention the names of the opposition leaders.

The PDP chairman said the fuel scarcity was engineered to undermine the profile of President Goodluck Jonathan ahead of the elections.

He said all plans to tarnish the image of Jonathan would not work.

He said in the tweets, “Concerned Nigerians have drawn our attention to the fact that some opposition leaders and vested interest are behind hoarding of fuel.

“Concerned Nigerians also draw our attention to plans by those who control the South-West disco to sabotage electricity in the zone.

“We assure Nigerians, they will fail. All their plans to tarnish the image of government will fail like all other previous attempts. We want to assure concerned Nigerians, especially all of you here on social media, that we will reverse this trend soonest.

Blame game. We would have performed better if it was a competition event.

It only their greed, self and lack of patriotism that drag us into this quagmire.

PDP as party are speeding over to becoming the Opposition Party. While packing loads to Otueke with speed.

Nigeria must be freed from Jonathan's Failures and PDP's blame-game. Sai Buhari.

I just said it an hour ago.

I was in Owerri and there is scarcity of fuel and people blamed it on politics.

In Lagos, it is confirmed that the scarcity is artificial.

The opposition wants to play us with fuel scarcity. Doing this will endear people more to GEJ because I have never this kain of queues for 3 years now.

#Never again will their be queues in service stations.

Alhaji Bamanga Tukur would have done a better job for Jonathan than this baby Chairman. His head is always tilted to the left if standing.

I am not surprise that this is coming from Mu'azu......... A sinking man will hold on to anything to stay afloat.

Opposition leaders are also behind the fall of Naira.

They are also the cause of unemployment.

In fact they are guilty of allowing $20 billion go AWOL under GEJ.

They are the cause of everything.

I thought this muazu had some sense.I have always viewed him as one of those who support GEJ just in body only;not in spirit and soul.
For him to have issued this statement is disappointing, he shud have allowed the drug peddling FFk or the insane Fayose to make such a ridiculous connection between fuel scarcity and APC as this.
However,I know its just to deflect from another of the daily signs of the failed leadership as we have now.

I know that there is some truth inn this. It wouldn't be surprising after they tried and failed with the Boko Haram. This is another of their plots to discredit the present administration, & they will fail again & be thoroughly disgraced, just as they were with the Boko Haram.

@Post,

A government of blame and exuses. Deal with any unruly citizen responsible for causing any troubles and stop complaining like a toothless dog always.

Every inept and unusual event, they must say "opposition". Nigerians give no hoot. Fix the mess or bounce off by stepping aside!
Re: Opposition Leaders Behind Fuel Scarcity, Says Mu’azu by simpleseyi: 7:09pm On Mar 02, 2015
Adamu Muazu is very right, the opposition is behind Patience Jonathan's inability to speak simple correct English statements. The opposition is behind Jonathan's drinking problem, Bola Tinubu get Jonathan drunk everyday. The opposition is behind Jonathan's out of wedlock children, Bola Tinubu forced Jonathan to sleep with another woman who is not legally married to him. The opposition is behind Jonathan inability to know that Stealing and Corruption are crimes against the society. The opposition made Jonathan to pardon criminals like Bode George and DSP Alams. The opposition made Jonathan to give license to Asari Dokubo and Ateke Tom snd Tompolo to be importing arms and ammunition into the country. The opposition hijacked and used Ayo Orishejafor's plan to smuggle money from Nigeria to South Africa in order to buy illegal arms.

But wait ooo, PDP current chairman who made the senseless allegation is named Adamu Muazu, that name sounds like Yoruba local name for cat - muzu grin.
