One should feel concern as to why Jega is doing all he can to rubbish Nigeria's constitution. Jega says he would not go on terminal leave, Jega iwants to conduct election using electronic means and Jega is refusing to register YDP despite d courts verdict pretending not to have court verdict. The surprising thing is that in all this the APC and Reps and some supposed elites are supporting these illegality. Where now is d rule of law?. Definitely Jega has been compromised

To go on leave is necessary, but not compulsary.
