Job Title: Club Coordinator for schools

Job Description
• Implements general policies established by the Board of Directors; directs their administration and execution.
• Develops, maintains and administers a sound organizational plan; initiates improvements as necessary.
• Coordinates development of operating and capital budgets according to the budget calendar; monitors monthly and other financial statements for the school club; takes effective corrective action as required.
• Consistently ensures that the club is operated in accordance with the organization’s policy.
• Reviews and initiates programs for school clubs
• Develops, maintains and disseminates a basic management philosophy to guide the club
• Coordinates necessary arrangements for public functions including speaking to teachers, protocol and special courtesies extended to guests
• Directs the writing and publishing of the club newsletter and plans for club activities.

Qualification and Experiences
• Knowledge of program and project management
• Experience in coordinating a school club, with demonstrated ability to work with primary and secondary student, plan and budget effectively, provide accurate reporting, and efficiently coordinate multiple projects.
• Ability to effectively lead, manage and motivate staff, ensuring high performance and ethical standards and adherence to deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the proven ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail, with experience in using the internet.
• Experience in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Word) is essential.
• Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline.
• 2 – 5 years experience in related position

Remuneration
Salary: NGN70,000
