Aside Onazi and Joel, name the Bench warmers among the first 23. The two lads has appeared over 20 times this season despite warming bench.
The only one you can think of is elderson and he has gained the starting shirt at Monaco. You saw his performance against arsenal, don't you? The match spured me to include him, else, i will have included Odubanjo or Iorfa instead.
Mikel's Omission was intentional, the dude doesn't take SE call up very serious anymore. He feels like a king in the team. Keep him out for a while to teach him some lessons. Just like what Dunga did to Thiago Silva in Brazil squad.

What more can I say? You caught my mind. Nice analysis you've got there but me thinks this team needs quite some time to gel together. Some are still academy, lower division or fringe players though. In fact, this is more like a project which any meaningful coach should take serious.
