IMPCO WOMEN CASUAL WORKERS PROTEST ON WAGES INCREMENT.

On the 6th of march 2015 women casual workers of Industrial.
Metallizing & Packaging Company Limited (IMPCO) protest on their wages
increment as they all walk down to LABOUR CONGRESS and NTA CHANNEL 10 Lagos! According to one of the casual workers she said "Have been
working for the past 4years here at IMPCO but no achievement because
the payment is not good enough they are paying us 62 naira per hour
and 750 per day which is N7500 per 2weeks and we work 7am to 7pm I
don't see us as something important in these lebanese people face we
are slave's in our country am pleading to the government to help us
see into this situation"

Its no longer a news that most foreign company in nigeria are using us
Nigerian's as slave most especially IMPCO, CEBELE,CEPLAST and some
other companies on industrial estate in nigeria.

Goverment should please look into this situation as we can not be in
our country and still work as slave, I think this occurs dew to
unemployment in the country.

Thanks
