Quantity Surveyor- REF; QS/03 Key Functions Provide quantity surveying expertise to the project team Manage measurement of baseline quantities for review Participate in project cost reviews/schedules Prepare in-house estimates, provide accurate quantities and cost data, and analyse financial bids Prepare detailed bills of quantities for projects for guidance purposes Recommend corrective courses of action with regard to budgets and installations Frequent travels to different job sites within the country Qualifications Minimum of B.Sc./B.Eng /HND in Civil/Structural Engineering, or a relevant branch of Quantity surveying, construction or civil engineering.
