Governor of Imo state,Rochas Okorocha says that seven governors from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) are in private meeting with the leadership of the All Progressive Congress, APC,to garner support for the emergence of General Muhammadu Buhari as the next president of the country.

Okorocha spoke at the APC Rally in Mile 2 area of Lagos, Southwest Nigeria on Monday where thousands of party faithful throng to show support for Buhari and Akinwunmi Ambode as Governor of Lagos state.

He said the seven PDP governors were already in Lagos to hold a private meeting with the APC, but he did not disclose the identity of the governors.

“General Muhammadu Buhari’ s (GMB) victory has been sealed and delivered.Today (Monday) about seven governors who are not APC are coming to hold meeting with us privately.
“We scheduled the burial of the party for February 14th but they postponed the burial to March 28.We are waiting patiently to bury the party forever. But let me tell you that you can change the date of burial but you cannot change the burial.It must take place. May the soul of PDP rest in peace, ”

Okorocha wooed the Igbo community to vote massively for the candidacy of Ambode as he is the chosen one. “I am in Lagos for one man, and that is for Ambode. He is a good man. And he will not deceive you. He has a caring heart. He loves everyone.All tribes in Lagos will be safe in his hands. And this is one man that can start and continue what Fashola started.

“Lagos today has improved and he is handing over the mantle of leadership to a man that will continue the geometric progression that has been witnessed in Lagos, ” he said.

Speaking at the rally,Governor Babatunde Fashola said he wanted Lagosians to give him a gift by voting massively for Ambode,saying that his administration had greatly improved the facilities in FESTAC and Amuwo Odofin Local Government.

He urged Lagosians not to sell their Permanent Voters Card, PVCs for any reason as that represented their power to remove a bad government.

In his remark, Ambode assured the people of Amuwo Odofin that he would complete the Light Rail project and the expansion of Mile 2-Badagry Expressway which Fashola had started.

Also at the campaign rally was the National leader of the APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu who described the government of Jonathan as a corrupt one which must be changed.

No PDP governor is in Lagos for any witchcraft APC meeting. Infact IT IS EVEN OKOROCHA THAT WILL RETURN TO PDP soonest.

To become a President isn't a day job, Rochas has being doing his home work over the years, how may allies Chime has in other part of the country or is he going to clinch the presidency by SE votes alone?

Some weeks back, it was eight PDP governors working with APC, then it changed to 4 PDP governors decamping to APC. Now, it's 7 PDP governors decamping to APC. APC, which should we believe? Una no dey tire for all these lies and propaganda?

Meanwhile in real life, PDP is welcoming APC decampees in Sokoto and Yobe.

If you believe this news, you'd believe anything. The idea is just to create confusion in the camp of PDP, which I'm sure the PDP guys are now smarter than falling for.

Some people keep saying Igbo's supporting Abgaje means nothing, since igbo's are irrelevant in the voting. But APC keeps proving them wrong by trying all they can to get the Igbo's to accept Ambode. Lol

Uncle Rochas, when baba Fash, was deporting igbos you said nothing. Peter Obi then complained about it, but you said nothing. When he was closing their markets and slamming heavy fines on them, you said nothing. It was the likes of Ifeanyi Ubah who came to their rescue by paying the fines. Now you still come to persuade igbos to vote for Ambode.

Mr Rochas needs to learn that his fraternity with APC keeps giving Imolites reasons to vote him out. Here's a man who won his first term in the name of Ojukwu.
