Sand demand has recently increased in Lagos particularly where there are ongoing construction projects and infrastructures development increasing day by day.

In this regards we have located a fertile Dredging site at , Ikorodu area of Lagos, where housing projects are rapidly going on, developers building mass housing scheme and government sand filling road and doing road constructions therefore, bring high demand for sharp sand in this region.

We have below equipment itemized below and Sand Lake to partner with you:
• A 10/8 shoreline dredger

To this effect, we need your partnership to the tone of Sixteen million naira (16,000,000) to move above equipment to site, refurbish them for this new project and buy gas to kick start operation.

 Monthly Gross income = gross profit =(total revenue - variable cost)

PROFIT SHARING FORMULA:
Option: “A” : Profit is shared 50/50% of net profit between investor and company

Option: “B” is that within 10 months the site pays back the investor #25,000,000 by remitting #2,500,000 monthly for 10 months, starting from the second month of production and sales.
