We always give credits to mediocrity, this is Nigerians major problem. What you said among other things are simple functions of a government. Water, road, electricity and so on must be made available by the government, any government that list those among her achievements doesn't have business being on that seat.

What make a government stand out is policy formulation which must be futuristic. How many times did you hear Obama and co discussing about road construction etc? .

Secondly, u don't expect them to push their vehicle to station when they run out of PMS. Conventional wisdom demand that u purchase a product base on price, convenience and proximity.

I know there was a time ppl used to sleep in filling stations just to get fuel.
Fuel scarcity also used to be d norm ever Christmas period.

I TIRE FOR YOU O! Haba for goodness sake let's call a spade a spade! This GEJ is the worst government Nigeria have had in virtually every aspects of comparison.
