A Multinational organization with head office in Abuja and branches in Lagos currently searching for vibrant graduates to serve as
Area Sales Manager

-Supervise and guide sales team in achieving revenue target.

-Develop positive client relationship for repeat business and new opportunities.

-Conduct sales presentations to customers when needed.

-Address customer issues and queries in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

-Develop marketing and sales strategies to secure account contracts, develop new accounts and enhance business growth and profitability.

-Develop sales proposals and bids using standard procedures and templates.

-Adhere to the company policies and government regulations.

-Cooperate with sales team to identify sales opportunities within the assigned area.

-Maintain company standards for sales processes and customer services.

-Identify and manage business risks in a timely manner.

-Manage contract negotiations and business agreements with clients as needed.

-Assist in developing sales plan to meet long term needs of prospects.

Education and Training Requirements: The minimum requirement of a sales manager is a bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, business or a related field. Other sales representatives get to advance to managerial positions of their company through hard work and patience. For technical sectors, a degree in the company-related industry may be required to gain market knowledge of the product. No certification is required to be a sales manager.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements: Having experience with enterprise software solutions in large and complex organizations is an advantage as well as having a strong grasp and understanding of market dynamics and requirements. An effective sales manager must be able to lead, inspire and drive his sales team into excellence as well as be an exceptional salesman himself.

Working Conditions: Travel may be essential. Sales managers are likely to be asked to visit different areas in order to assess the company’s performance.
