Governor of River State blamed and reteirated PDP over
Chelsea's exit from champions league. He made this
press release with press men at his government lodge.
According to Rotimi, if PDP were human enough they
would have sent encouraging words to chelsea fc in
England through its representative but they fail to do that
because of selfishness. He further went to say that with
the support chelsea who PDP has disappointed, Britain,
USA and other foreign bodies to the APC will win all her
