Good location with good parking
Need minimum of 200 sq meter total, can take more
Ok to have in a complex that currently has medical related business like Pharmacy
Can be stand alone
Open floor plan ok, but will entertain office spece divided into rooms already
Ok if a stand alone duplex
This will not be used as a hospital, but for out-patient visits ONLY (clinic)
