The planned use of cad reader by Jega is d plan B after losing his planned riging on 14Feb postponed election. The server in inec HQ is already programmed to rig in favour of apc. The test run on d machine revealed numerous irregularities yet Jega and APC are insisting on d usage despite the outright rejection by majority of Nigerian and other parties. Jega did not use d machine for Ekiti and Osun elections because according to him both elections were to be keenly contested. We wonder what makes this presidential election less keenly contested for. Buhari had in 2013 called for d removal of jega after d Anambra election. Therefore juxtaposing this to insistence by jegs and his ineptitude one can conclude he and APC new found love is for rigging purpose.JEGA AND INEC MUST BE CLOSELY MONITORED ESPECIALLY IN APC DOMINATED STATES.
