That Bokoharam will eventually be allowed to join ISIS, thereby internationalising its Nigerian connection, has been Buhari's promise, like Collateral, to ISIS if he, Buhari loses the election of March 28th. So Nigeria beware!!!! Capture this Shekau as the last ISIS will manufacture for Nigeria and hang him by the ear, so when next ISIS hears Nigeria, it will pick race, haven known better that Nigerian Soldiers are not all made of Buhari's stuff.
