you are to attach your statement of result to the DE print out and submit at the nearest jamb office. .
The Transcript shows details of your CGPA (and its kept confidential) while the statement of result just state the duration of the cource and your grade (upper/lower/pass)

the registration no of the jamb you did when you process your OND admission to the poly you graduated from.

Hello everyone: strictly for DIRECT ENTRY. Am also going for d.e as far as d direct entry reg via jamb d.e portal is concerned I urge evry one to be patience and calm wen inputting ur data's in other not to make mistakes. I also want to advice if a special thread can be created for d.e candidates for better understanding and easy communication, unlike here were every post are just been murgle together. Because at times some write up will be meant for d.e but some utme will keep asking qestion dat dey can't understand, we're as d question dos not meant for them. If u ar a full time student of ur poly, u hav to search for d jamb registration number u gain admission with into d poly n if u dnt hav dat den u nid nt to fret abt dis. All u nid is to go bk to d poly u graduated from n ask dat u wanna do jamb regularization. Dey will surely do it for u but it will take weeks. Gudluk bro...

To DIRECT ENTRY: on the issue of jamb reg no which is been demanded for via d.e portal, u are to input ur jamb reg no u used during ur poly admission, if u are a P.T student during ur ND go back to ur school for jamb regulirization thereby u shall get it.

@ oriyomi: Pls I will advice you to make serious enquiry and consultation whether UNIOSUN will accept OOU diploma certificate for D.E because with my own knowledge university will ONLY accepts it's own diploma certificate for D.E not other school. D certificate u are holding is not NATIONAL DIPLOMA(ND) but u av OOU diploma cert. Which can be used to gain direct entry admission to OOU only not other school.

Am a pre degree student in uniosu,buh I chose different courses in both jamb and pre degree I.e anatomy in PD den medicine in jamb....buh since uniosun doesn't ave medicine,will dey still gv me d anatomy?
