The 4G is still the same 3G if you're using the phone in Nigeria, as your network operators don't have 4G ✔

So whether you see 4G or 3G, as long as you're using the phone on Nigeria, it's the same

Nani yoy are right but thos fones with 4g/gsm tend to always stay on gsm mode with naija networks i want a phone which i can switch to wcdma alone with no hinderance, my samsung s3 at/t almost kill me that yearr cos airtel. Would never stay on 4g always gsm mode

You don't have to worry.... Even if the options aren't there, there are apps that you can use to set the network mode....

One of those apps (and it's one I used very well back then) is called "Intelli 3G" ✔
It's an Xposed Module... You'll need to be rooted and have Xposed Framework installed.... The app allows you easily switch between network modes....

I enjoyed the app alot back then, when I first started using an AT&T Samsung device for the first time, as branded devices (AT&T, Verizon, and the likes) don't have the option for you to switch network modes on the devices.... So I used that app to do the Job... And it did the Job extremely well...

But later I flashed a Custom ROM and I didn't have need for it anymore, as the Custom ROMs I flashed had the options to switch network available ✔

Also the Stock ROM in these branded Android devices don't let you use the WiFi tethering option, meaning you won't be able to turn on the WiFi Hotspot... Although there are also third party apps that can help you enable that too... But flashing a Custom ROM will also add that option too ✔
