please i don't understand this one that your site is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance. This is very harsh to your clients as i was never informed before hand. Also i thought the data transfer is completed almost immediately payment is confirmed. This is also not acceptable. i have paid for more than four hours now only to meet the site down due to maintenance.
