Job Description
Ensure accurate customer profiling
Knowledgeable in company’s products and services
Sell products proactively to new/ prospective customers
Identify and understand customers’ needs
Set up customers’ devices
Install necessary applications on devices
Upsell and Cross Sell to customers
Monitor customer queries and ensure timely response to issues
Ensure proper time management and efficient turn around in sales activity
Ensure assigned sales targets are met
Participate in sales/marketing activities
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities
Ensure timely submission of daily/ weekly sales activity reports to team leader
Participate in sales performance review meetings
Perform other duties as assigned
 
Educational Qualification
HND, BSc

Good knowledge of operating systems for smart phones, tablets and PCs
Ability to setup systems & mobile devices
Ability to trouble shoot extensively
