3. A person shall not be qualified to contest the Presidential and National Assembly elections if:

(a) under any law in force in any part of Nigeria, he is adjudged to be a lunatic or is otherwise declared to be of unsound mind;

(b) he is under a sentence of death imposed upon him by any court or tribunal in Nigeria, or a sentence of imprisonment or fine for an offence involving dishonesty or fraud (by whatever name called) or for any other offence (other than misdemeanor of simple office ) imposed on him by a court or tribunal;

The PDP 16 years of ruling has made us believing much in what we can do for ourselves than what the Government can do for us.
We are providing some basic amenities by and for ourselves because the Government has failed us woefully.
For instance; we are buying and fueling Generators to provide electricity. We are sinking Boreholes at our Houses to get water. We are hiring and paying Vigilantes for the security of our lives and properties et cetera. Do we have to continue like this? Do we really have to be functioning like a Government? Why are we paying taxes?
Where are jobs for the youths and graduates? Ask many recruits in the armed forces why they are there? Can you recall the number of innocent lives that were lost during the Immigration Recruitment Exercise nationwide? Is it because of love they have for the country? No! It's because they have to source for income to feed their selves and families!
Nigeria needs CHANGE!
