This is my state-by-state projections of March 28 elections. Margin of error is +- 7%.

I used a combination of factors including:

1. Voting pattern in 2011
2. Voter turnout in 2011
3. PVC collection rate and when collected (people who collected their PVC in the last weeks are more likely to vote than earlier collectors)
4. Overall political sentiments in the country
5. My personal judgement.

No matter how you do the Math, GEJ can't practically win this coming Presidential election. All these permutations are only stating the obvious, just that the numbers may vary, but the end result will remain constant: A win for Buhari.
