Dear Patience, am not a Dr but my Govt teacher taught me that Abuja didn't officially become the FCT until 1991 and Buhari ruled through 1984-1985 so he didn't lodge at the Aso rock but the Dodan barracks in Lagos.
Enroll for any Adult Class available when you return back to Otuoke and stop saying Rubbish.
