It is not new that the PVC is our mode of voting in/out our presidential candidate.

However, rumours are around since last year that some citizens are borrowing/exchanging their PVC for goodies (rice + groundnut oil)

Recently, I heard about missing PVCs.

The bottom line here is the fact that some PVCs falls into the wrong hands.

Now, How is INEC planning to manage impersonation?
