- Overseeing portfolio management to
ensure best use of funds and of
portfolio;

- Work with credit officers on
Identifying potential loans
To MSME business;
Participating in presenting loan
Recommendations to credit
Committees.

Oversee credit administration and
Recovery process; preparation and
Rendition of credit returns.

Job Title: Regional Managers
Educational Qualification First degree in business related
Discipline
Work Experience Minimum of 3– 4yrs post qualification
Marketing experience in a financial
Institution.

Core Functions Business development and marketing
Financial services.

Marketing strategy and policy
Implementation

Coordinating of branch and team
Activities in various zones
Product development and packaging
Credit risk analysis and managing credit
Portfolios

Regional budget implementation

Preparation of management report and
Adhoc reports

Job Title Branch Managers
Educational Qualification: First degree in business related
Discipline
Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years post qualification
Marketing experience in a financial
institution

Core function: Business development and marketing
Financial services

Marketing strategy and policy
Implementation

Coordination of branch and team
Activities

Product development and packaging

Credit risk analysis and managing
Credit portfolios

Regional budget implementation


Job Title : Chief Inspector
Reporting to : Chief Executive Officer
Educational Qualification : First degree in accounting/Banking/Finance /ACA/ACIB (essential)

Working Experience: Minimum of 5yrs post qualification experience preferably in financial institution or audit firm.

Core Function: Develop and manage the internal control process of the bank.
Develop enterprise risk management strategies.
Ensure appropriate check and control systems and mechanisms are implemented across the bank.
Advise on all statutory and regulatory matters.
