Buhari not having certificate is not problem, lieing under oath is the issue as advertised by PDP Directorate of Media and Publicity in Thursday 26th March Guardian.

The certificate is never coming out. It is non-existent.

How can that be when your clueless government politicised the military allowing them to remove GMB's certificate from the military archive. My question now is how did he lied under the oath ?
