I reached my old radio,...all news was horxed...
Kind of wondering who won... Jubilations on the

But who won....it was still late...@2:15am....
Even the dead silent night was intermitently soiled
by shout of.....up.....!

I took my pillow and turn off the dying media
station.....at least sleep is still afordable....abi..na!

DAWN! But hay in my new world....
Election was over,....all back to their walks of
life.... Victors were glad, loosers were sad
The victory was uncontested, globally
accepted....fair and true reflection of the the
people's vote....
Admired by the EU, and celebrated by
Africans.....JEGA was the 'best' thing that
happened...the reader read well....!
Back to the drawing board..., a wist of things
happened.... Haaaa!....she had to resign...yes its
the best for the
economy that failed to be coordinated....her final
speech was emotional as the oil barrons were
jilltery...what next?
It was a new dawn for federalism....new, new?

It was not roudy but lacked decorum.....the new
party was the very same we voted out.....WHAT
The game plan was juiced up with sentiments,.....we

alas!!!... with files they came.... I missed the
swearing in.....it was modrate and moderated well
too.....but some thing went wrong too soon!
In the great hall was a blind begger who knew his
way in and through the hall.....smart was he...but
was he realy blind?..
Argument ensured when...a young man screem for
help....WHAT? ?.....he kept screeming till his
voice died....they went divided at once!
Distracted from the purpose of gathering....i felt
my time is been wasted here...only to realised we
were in for a long night here,
?...Doors all bolted behind us, we were all forced
to learn a new national anthem....'can i sing it?
(.....wait.....it's not ripe yet...).
After the learning of the pledge not the one i was
used to....i realised that the door wasn't locked at
all....i assumed it was.....
Till i saw an old popular face walked in, to my
wonder, what is he doing here...he should be on the
run...but was cheered in, ...waited for....!
Now i took this seriously and personal,...what a
hell?...we deserved more from our vote than this
saga....
He coughed and addressed us..... Ovation was
great....thanks to him...BUT he concluded his short
homily with a statement that made
Me imaging what to expect.."...macbeth will not
rule!.."...was his last word. At this a dead silence
greeted the hall...even a pin drop will echo out,
Within a short time the crowd spilted into
groups....when i moved from group to group,
nothing new came forth...it was SAME,, a shame!
I heard "the new service chief had beard, and was
bald too....was he too old to write script too.."..a
cheiftain asked another old ambassador...
Well....lest you be seen as not willing, let us give
him....was the reply of the old envoy.... When i
checked the groups it was sadden that the longer
the discuss, the fewer the members...i Doubt i can
reason with the law at play.....less than half an
hour the crowd outside the hall was a nation
it demaded not a new government but "freedom,
and a reflection of the ideals that kept us a s a
federating unit."....upoar.....the people WOKE UP
it was rather late....
I cannot join the clamour outside, and the Air
conditioner in the hall failed to work..... It was
sad.....we were sweating real!
The voters wasted the vote.... The voted were
worst than ever..... The best they had was what
they met.....
Who won?......
....suddenly NEPA brought light.....my kids shouted
UP NEPA....!!!!!.. and at that i just woke up.
