Its easy.  Visit http://www.mobilebooklet.com/ to do the following:

Create your own booklet content.
Upload an image for as the booklet cover.
Create your mobile booklet jar file.
Download the mobile booklet jar file. (Fixed)

Its easy. Find a sample of what is possible in the attached document. Please kindly rename the .doc to .jar and install on your phone.
