Which kind of sympathy on election day is more important than actual turn out of voters? If PDP thugs use bombs to scare voters away in their strongholds on election day, while APC strongholds are calm and peaceful, who will then vote for them? Won't that just amount to giving their enemies an easy win? You see that your analogy doesn't make any sense.
