That's what PDP are known for in the south south. I had an experience in 2011 where as presiding officer in my polling unit, I was forced to accept mass thumbprinting of ballot papers by pdp agents. They announced to d towncrier to tell voters to stay indoors as stomach infrastructure and huge cash will be distributed frm house to house. This made d pOlling unit to be vacant. The card reader is a game changer dis time around but they eventually succeeded in forcing inec to go for manual accreditation. Chaii dis pdp are "accredited cheaters" Aswear |
