The Rivers state police command has come out to state categorically that they're are not aware of any curfew imposed by Governor. Amaechi. So it now leave us with one question : who will enforce the said curfew? Is it TIMARIV? Issues that partain to curfew is not something a governor can unilaterally impose without consulting the security apparatus in the state. Mean while, in my area in the heart of Port Harcourt, beer parlour are open for business with night revelers having a swell time. My governor is indeed suffering from post-election humiliation trauma.
