Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic
Party, President Goodluck Jonathan, has won in 15
local government areas out of the 17 local
government results released by the Independent
National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Edo State.
Election is yet to be conducted in Orhiomwon local
government and INEC is yet to fix a date for the
election.
Vice-Chancellor of the University of Benin, Prof.
Faraday Orunmwense, who announced the results,
said the President Mohammadu Buhari polled
208,469 against 286,969 votes of President
Jonathan.

well said, in my LGA PDP won it by distributing money all over the place, some of the electorates in my unit where bought over with amount ranging from #2000--5000 per person. The APC lost all the federal election in Edo central (esan) due to the fact that they were not able to match the PDP financial.

It is after all this is over and GEJ honourably goes back home that we would realize that Goodluck is a gentleman and a true democrat. It is after
he leaves that Nigerians will understand that we have in
him about the president this country has ever had! He promised a free and fair election and he kept his words!
